GENERAL INFORMATION

• Due to the small size of the restaurant, we offer private dining at Caruso's as full restaurant buyouts ONLY. 
  


• We do not offer large table reservations or non-private bookings.


• To book the space, we require a Food and Beverage Minimum spend, a signed contract, and a deposit of 25% due at signing. 


• Minimum spends do not include a 10% sales tax, 20% service charge, and 5% administrative fee.

The Food and Beverage Minimums are as follows:
